How do I verify my Instagram?
Go to Settings → Instagram → Verify. We link it manually so it can take up to 24 hours.
My shoot didn't happen. What now?
Both parties should mark the shoot as "It didn't happen" from the messages screen. If money changed hands off-platform, settle the refund directly with the other person — LensPair doesn't hold the funds.
How do I report someone?
Tap the three dots on any profile or message thread → Report. Pick a reason. Optionally block too.
