What LensPair is

LensPair helps photographers and people who want to be photographed find each other, agree a shoot and review each other afterwards.

LensPair is not a party to any shoot. We don't employ photographers or models, we don't check anyone's work in person, and we don't guarantee that a shoot will happen or turn out the way you hoped.

Who can use it

You must be 18 or older. We ask for your date of birth when you join and remove accounts we find belong to someone younger.

One person, one account. Keep your login to yourself — you're responsible for what happens on your account.

Your profile and what you post

You keep the rights to the photos and words you upload. You give LensPair permission to store them, resize them and show them to other members so the service works — for example on your profile, your trips and in search. That permission ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies other members already received in chat.

Only upload photos you have the right to share, and don't upload photos of other people without their agreement. No nudity or sexual content, anywhere. If someone has posted your work without permission, see our Copyright policy at lenspair.app/copyright.

Be truthful: your name, photos, city and rates should be yours and current.

Paid shoots

You can say a shoot is paid and agree an amount in chat. LensPair does not process, hold or guarantee that payment — you settle it directly with the other person. Any dispute about money is between the two of you, though you can report someone who doesn't keep their word.

Premium

Premium is a subscription, monthly ($9) or yearly ($89), bought on the web through our payment partner Lemon Squeezy, who acts as the seller of record and handles tax and billing. It renews each month or year until you cancel. When you cancel, Premium stays on until the end of the period you've paid for.

If you're not happy, email us within 14 days of a charge and we'll refund it in full — see lenspair.app/refunds. Nothing here limits your rights under the law where you live.

Meeting in person

Shoots happen in the real world, outside our control. Meet in a public place the first time, tell someone where you're going, and leave if you feel unsafe. Use Report and Block whenever something is wrong.

When we act on accounts

We may remove content, limit features or close accounts that break these terms or the Community guidelines, or that put other members at risk. Serious cases, like approaching someone romantically or asking for nude photos, can be removed on the first report.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We can close an account for the reasons above. Some records are kept after deletion as described in our Privacy Policy.

Our responsibility

We work to keep LensPair running and safe, but we provide it as it is. To the extent the law allows, LensPair isn't liable for what members do, for shoots that don't happen, or for losses caused by another member. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under consumer law.

Changes

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll tell you in the app or by email before the change takes effect, and you'll be asked to agree to the new version.
