Who we are

LensPair is operated by NEXT LEAP HQ, LLC, a company registered in Armenia. NEXT LEAP HQ, LLC is the controller of your personal data: we decide why and how it is used.

What we collect

Account details: your email, name, password (stored only as a one-way hash) or the Google or Apple account you sign in with, and your date of birth to confirm you're 18 or older.

Your profile: photos, bio, city, style, rates, the arrangements you're open to and, if you submit it, your Instagram handle.

What you do on LensPair: trips you post, requests you send and receive, messages, reviews, reports and blocks.

Technical data: your IP address, device and browser type, and error reports that help us fix problems.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data and we don't show ads.

We remove location data (GPS) from photos when you upload them. Your position is only shared when you choose to share a location in a chat, and then only with that person.

Why we use it

To run your account and show your profile to other members; to let you find people, message them and review each other; to keep members safe by reviewing reports and removing people who break the rules; to send you the emails and notifications you've allowed; to charge for Premium; and to find and fix bugs.

Who can see what

Other members see your public profile, portfolio, trips and published reviews. They never see your email, date of birth or password. Rates are shown only to people who could book you. Messages are seen only by the two people in the chat. People you block can't see your profile.

Services that handle data for us

Rivium runs our chat, push notifications and error reporting. Cloudflare stores photos. Google and Apple handle sign-in if you use them. Resend sends our emails. Lemon Squeezy handles Premium payments — we never see your card. GeoNames provides the list of cities. Each only receives what it needs to do its job.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account is open. When you delete your account, we remove your name, email, date of birth, photos and profile, and close your chats. Reviews you wrote stay, credited to “Removed user”, so other members' ratings stay honest. Records of Premium payments are kept as long as tax law requires. Notifications are kept for 90 days.

Your rights

You can see and edit your profile at any time, download a copy of your data, and delete your account — all from Settings → Account. You can turn notifications off in Settings → Notifications. To ask anything else about your data, write to us; depending on where you live, you may also complain to your data protection authority.

Children

LensPair is for adults only. If you believe someone under 18 has an account, report them and we'll remove it.

Changes

If we change how we use your data in a way that matters, we'll tell you before it takes effect.
